In addition to its simplicity, something that characterizes - it is his freestyle
He paints only when he feels like to do so, unlike several artists who feel the pressure of producing a large number of pieces in a short time.
Björn is at his pace and calmly, which is undoubtedly reflected and transmitted in each one of his works.
KARLSKRONA TROSSO II, A Naval World Heritage SiteUpon request of a gallery owner in my hometown of Karlskrona, Sweden, I created this triptych of my hometown seen from above as I remember the layout. Karlskrona was founded in 1680 when King Karl XI decided to establish the country’s new naval base there. The City was built according to King Karl XI's will and vision. In 1998 Karlskrona was appointed A World Heritage Site due to the way the city was planned and how well everything is still preserved today.
A KARLSKRONA TROSSO I was sold during my exhibition in Karlskrona during the summer of 2014
This is a triptych where each part of the three pieces (14" x 14" x 1 1/2" each in canvas) symbolizes a known part of the city, The three parts are from left going right TORGET, KALVHAGEN, HAMNEN. I created separately from this, but not published a compilation of both triptychs as signal flags to be sold as posters and postcards at the Naval Museum etc. But despite contact with authorities like Turistbyra och Blekinge Museum etc och Lansstyrelsen sa var det ingen som forstod mojlighetena att tjana pengar
